ABOUT

About Forgot’s Locks:
Forgot’s Locks is a Los Angeles based wig company, owned by Acacia Forgot, that has specialized in styled synthetic wigs since Fall of 2019. We have styled wigs for hundreds of drag artists and theater productions, and our wigs can be found on artists such as Latrice Royale and Mercedes Iman Diamond, and on television shows such as “Worst Cooks in America” and “The View”.
Forgot’s Locks is excited to be adding Legacy Lace Fronts to our wig repertoire. Legacy Lace Fronts are a collection of ready to wear wigs that are 200% density, which is VERY thicc, and all have the option of two different lace color choices. With Legacy Lace Fronts, we strive to bring dense, high quality wigs at an affordable price and want to give the wig wearer more options and control to their wig selection process.

About Acacia Forgot:
Hi, my name is Acacia Forgot, and I am country music singing, wig styling artist. I was born and raised in the Bay Area, CA, and moved to Grand Forks, North Dakota at 17 years old to go to college for Music Therapy. In North Dakota, I started doing drag at the American Legion once a month and fell in love with the art form. Because the drag scene is so small out there, I had to learn sewing from my mom and teach myself how to style hair to fit my visions.
A year after I started drag, I decided to move to New York City following my graduation, which is where I lived for 4 years and got to opportunity to hone in my craft and start my wig company. In NYC I met so many amazing people who I have to thank for lifting up my business to where it is today! My wigs were fully embraced by the NYC drag community and in 2022 I was nominated for a NYC Glam Award for “Best Hair Design”.
In the Summer of 2022 I moved to Los Angeles with my partner, Austie, and together we both run our own businesses (Forgot’s Locks and Austie Cosmetics), and are so excited to see where this new city takes us.
